Menetou-Salon Blanc Morogues ‘Les Blanchais’ Domaine Pellé, Central Vineyards 2020

Straddling the appellations of Sancerre and Menetou-Salon, Domaine Pellé produces world renowned terroir-expressive wines from its family-owned vineyards. Fourth-generation winemaker Paul-Henry Pellé pays meticulous attention to viticulture and winemaking to ensure the expression of pure varietal flavours and aromas of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir as well as the natural characteristics of the Kimmeridgian vineyards.

White peach and blackcurrant leaf, with hints of ripe fruit and lime. The palate has a refreshing citrus zest, nettle and grassy tones, lovely minerality and a slightly creamy, honeyed finish. Moreover, it’s refreshing with great balance.
